From his humble beginnings as an engineering graduate in San Carlos University, he spent his earlier years in the academe having taught engineering economics and mathematics. Tony's technical and practical business acumen was molded in a Japanese manufacturing company for more than a decade of key leadership roles in production planning and control management. In 1990 Tony decided to become an entrepreneur and his company was among, if not the pioneer in manpower services. His professional background as a licensed Chemical Engineer allowed him to better serve his manufacturing and other industry clients due to his full grasp of how products, processes, and most importantly how services should be uncompromisingly delivered.
